If you are under 18 years old,  your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) must make the credit card purchase.  Our shopping cart has a special, encrypted area for personal and credit card information processing, and shows it by the locked mode.

Just like at the store, you put items into your cart one by one and continue shopping.  You may order on-line with Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure shopping cart.  During checkout, please enter your billing address EXACTLY as shown on your credit card statement.  This verifies your cardholder identity.  If the bank processor returns a no-match, your order will be cancelled and an email notification sent.  Alohagoodies.com is not responsible for any no-match.  Please contact your credit card company for more information.

Also during checkout, you may select your preferred shipping method from the drop down list. Friendly reminder: UPS requires street address, does not deliver to boxes. UPS has tracking numbers.  We notify and provide you with the tracking numbers by email as soon as your order ships, usually within two business days. We do not drop ship or mail COD.  All orders are shipped F.O.B. Keaau, Hawaii.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT HANDLING CHARGES:  We take great care to ensure your merchandise arrives safely at its destination.  The handling charges help defray the costs of filling your order, hand packaging the items, shipping materials, and courier service to the shipper. 

IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES:  Actual shipping charges will be billed separately after your order ships with the exception of fruit and special orders.  Please note: the net weight of all items does not include packing materials (box, bubblewrap, etc.). This will affect parcel weight and actual shipping cost.  We'll email your tracking number and shipping cost as soon as available.  Friendly reminder: UPS requires street address, does not deliver to boxes.  It's better to order more than one small light-weight item at a time because UPS shipping charges start at a minimum of one pound.  Once we ship your order, it cannot be cancelled.  If you want a shipping estimate before ordering, please email us.  This billing method has proven most accurate for every order, due to wide variations in parcel weight, size and destination.  For verification, upon written request, we immediately email or send by regular mail (whichever you prefer), a copy of alohagoodies.com's UPS Shipping Receipt (or, as the case may be the United States Postal Service Military/International Mail Receipt) showing your shipping record and actual shipping cost.  During checkout, select a ship method from the drop down list.

At time of delivery, please have someone available to receive your order.  If the UPS driver leaves your order unattended at the destination address, alohagoodies.com is not liable for any damage or loss incurred thereby.  Please note, according to UPS, residential deliveries may arrive as late as 8:00 pm (commercial deliveries may arrive as late as 5:00 pm) local time.  No returns/refunds will be given on parcels returned to us by the post office or UPS, as a result of no one being present, refusing shipment at time of delivery or for failure to obtain appropriate import license(s) on International orders.

If you or your recipient requests UPS to forward your order to an alternate address once the order is in transit, you assume all liability for any loss and may incur additional charges.  If you provide an inaccurate shipping address where UPS must correct the address to make delivery, alohagoodies.com will automatically apply any additional fee that UPS charges for this service to your credit card.  You can find more information about this online at ups.com.

For exchanges, please mail back the item in resellable condition and let us know what you'd like instead.  Upon receipt of the item, we'll send the exchange.  All return requests must be made no later than 45 days from date of purchase.   All food and beverage sales are final.  We can't accept returns or refund on items such as these. No returns will be given on parcels returned to us by the post office or UPS, as a result of the addressee not being present, refusing shipment at time of delivery or for failure to obtain appropriate import license(s) on International orders.
